Check the Builds Thread.
Here is SparhawkJC's build. Hope SparhawkJC doesn't mind.
Typhoid Mary
A/N
16 Dagger Mastery (12+1 Mask +3 Rune)
8 Critical Strike (7+1 Rune)
7 Shadow Arts (6+1 Rune)
Rest In Death Magic
Leaping Mantis Sting (Lead) - Cripple
Jungle Strike (Off-hand) - Damage
Twisting Fangs (Dual) - Bleeding and Deep Wound
Virulence (Elite) - Disease, Poison, and Weakness
Plague Touch - Condition Removal
Heart of Shadow - Teleportation and limited Self Heal
Shadow Refuge - Self Heal
Res Signet/Dash/Shadow of Haste
Pretty simple concept, start off your combo after which your target should be hit with at least bleeding and deep wounds and maybe cripple. Then depending on whether or not he has noticed you yet throw down either Heart of Shadow to teleport to safety or Virulence to make it a very bad day for him. So at the end of your attack string your target should be under Cripple (if you were lucky and hit him while moving), Bleeding, Deep Wounds, Poison, Disease, and Weakness.
Also if it so happens that you're hit by a condition just pass it off to someone else with Plague Touch. If you decide to use this in 12vs12 the res sig can be replaced with the speed boost of your choice.
With the energy costs and recharge you can keep on pulling off your combo on the same target after the initial conditions end. I can only imagine how much damage this could deal coupled with a fragility mesmer.
Virulence is a Prophecies only skill and I'm not sure if A-net confirmed that factions characters can go into the Prophecies campaign or not. However I could see this build becoming very powerful in any arena that it is used.
This is the very first build that appears in the Assassin Build Thread.

It won't be very popular as there is a similar W/N build with Sever Artery, Gash and Hamstring. And it's better just because you have more armor
Should try Offering of Blood + Desperate Strike combo...hm...

i run a A/N build that's a little off from the norm, but here's mine
blood magic: 6
curses: 5
dagger mastery:12 (10 +2 from major) - high req daggers, will change if i find beter
deadly arts: 8
shadow arts: 5 (4+1 from minor)
critical strike: 11 (9 + 1 from mask + 2 from major)
4 left over attrib pts.
all the " only 3 attrib" nozi's won't like this build, but it got to house of zu with only 8 deaths, so that just shows how much they know
----------
skills
1) mark of pain/ plegue touch
2) shadow of haste
3) golden lotus strike
4) wild strike
5) death blosum
6) demonic flesh
7) shadows refuge
8) res sig
in area's where there are big groups of war's bring mark of pain, if your in an area where conditions are spread around bring your trusty plegue touch.
when running with mark of pain, this is a meat tenderiser build. use demonic flesh to boost you health by 128, then throw mark of pain on one of the enemy wars, use your shadow of haste en route (while you're set up to be playing with wars, you still need a fast bug out), throwing your combo on the guy you hexed will net you 95 dmg to the surounding wars (20 MoP dmg per hit, 35 from death blosum). wait for the bug out, heal if you have too. i only ever run into the front line once with this, it's only meant to give my wars a head start on their job, so pick a caster and run the rest of the fight normal.
while dishing out 95 AoE dmg isn't going to drop any of the surrounding wars, it will set them and their monk off on a frantic healing spree which will buy your wars alot of time to finish off their targets, and pick up where you left off with the others.
with plegue touch you just run the build with normal stragedy, defending your casters from rushers, then going after their back line. demonic flesh counts for an enchant for golden lotus strike, and i haven't had any real trouble with energy. get some zealious daggers if you do.
this build is a bit out there, but works well for me.

I have an A/N buid I use-
Palm Strike {e}
Horns of the Ox
Falling Spider
Falling Spider
Shadow Refuge
Plague Touch
Recall/Return
Res Sig
If you're in pvp, use Death's Charge or Dash (I would prefer Dash) instead of Recall/Return because a teleport *back* isn't really what you need.
